All orders from Security Boss ship free via UPS to the contiguous United States.

Transit times vary as all shipments originate from Wisconsin.

Generally, lead times are as follows:

• Wall Mounted Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
• Door Mounted Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
• In-Glass Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
• Screen Door Models - Ship in 1-3 business days
• Kennel Doors - Ship in 5-10 business days (varies by order quantity).
• Patio Insert Models - Ship in 5-10 business days.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time within 24 hours at zero cost.

Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing.

Tracking Information:

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Eligibility:

Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return:

• Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• A 16% restocking fee will apply.

Items between 30 and 60 days of shipment are at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws:

• Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws reserve the right to refuse the return.
• If accepted, products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• A 26% restocking fee will apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

All custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Patio Inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products:

Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

Process:

1. Contact us at hello@omniapaws.com to initiate a return.
2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return. 

Refund:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for exchange.

Items between 30 and 60 days of shipment are at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws.
