Once your order is placed, we will promptly send you an order confirmation e-mail. This serves as a confirmation that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We understand the excitement of receiving your new products, so we waste no time in checking with our suppliers to ensure that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If for any reason your item happens to be on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly notify you via e-mail. In such cases, we will void the pre-authorization on your credit card and work with you to find a suitable solution. Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we have successfully processed the charges to your credit card, you can expect your order to be shipped within five business days from the date of your purchase. We know how exciting it is to receive your new items, so we make it our priority to fulfill orders quickly.
Rest assured, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. - $146.00 – $1000.99 – $195.00
- $1001.00 – $2000.99 – $295.00
- $2001.00 – $5000.99 – $495.00
- $5001 – UP – $695.00

Processing Time:

- Ship between 3-5 business days.
Shipment:

- All orders are shipped via Estes Express Ground
- Transit times vary as all shipment originate from Michigan.
Tracking Information:

- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Receiving Your Shipment:

- When your order is shipped, it will arrive on a pallet delivered by a commercial LTL carrier. The trucks are usually semis / tractor trailers / full size 18 wheelers. If you need residential delivery, we recommend having some help onsite when your shipment arrives. The freight company will call you a day or so before they deliver to schedule a time to deliver. The pallets of kennels can be unwrapped on the truck and each kennel panel can then be easily lifted off the truck.
- Please count all parts in on the day your order is received.
- If there is a discrepancy you must let us know within 48 hours so a freight claim can be filed with the company.

Shipment Inspection:

- While shipments arrive in good condition, if you do have damage, you must note it on the paperwork when you sign for your shipment. If you do not note the damage, we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier.
- Please keep the damaged part but do not discard the damaged item because the carrier may want to inspect it.
- We will also need you to send us pictures of the damage via email to assist in the claims process.
- We will send replacement parts as soon as we have all the information to file a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return policy:
Eligibility:

- Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return.
- Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply
Damaged/Defective Products:

- TK Products and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

- Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return.
Refund:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for exchange.
- Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
