I had originally bought this exact crate, used off of Facebook marketplace. I loved it so much, I bought a new one! These crates are very well made and sturdy. I also like the fact that they have two entry doors for multiple directional uses. These crates are a little more pricey than some of the others out there but are well worth the price.

Warranty

All of Bowsers' products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest standard of quality.

If you have a concern with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to hello@omniapaws.com. Please include an explanation and specify product, along with images of the potential defect or issue.

In the event that a defect has been confirmed after review by the Quality Assurance team, OmniaPaws will provide a refund, replacement item or suitable substitute.

Please allow 14 business days to process any approved refunds.

Please Note: although Bowsers pet beds are made with the highest quality and strength upholstery fabrics, we cannot warranty beds that have damaged due to chewing.

Shipping Information

All orders from Bowsers Pet Products ship free via UPS to the contiguous United States

Transit times vary as all shipment originate from New York.

Generally, lead times are as follows

  • Dog Beds - Ship in 5-10 business days.
  •  Dog Crates - Ship in 3-5 business days.

Tracking Information:

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return policy:

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment.

  • Returns and exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size will not be accepted

Damaged/Defective Products:

Bowsers Pet Products and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

Process:

  1. Contact us at hello@omniapaws.com to initiate a return.
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return.

Refund:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

Only incorrect received items and/or damaged/defective are eligible for exchange.
