- Hand made to order – Ship between 1-3 business days.
- Commercial/Kennel Doors
- Hand made to order – Ship between 5-10 business days.
- Patio Inserts:
- Hand made to order – Ship between 5-10 business days.
- Residential Pet Doors:
Cancellations:

- You may cancel your order at anytime within 24 hours at zero cost.
- Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing.
- A 16% restocking fee will apply if the cancellation is accepted.
Shipment:

- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground
- Transit times vary as all shipment originate from Wisconsin.
Tracking Information:

- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return policy:
Eligibility:

- Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return.
- Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- A 16% restocking fee will apply.
- Items between 30 and 60 days of shipment are at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws.
- Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws reserve the right to refuse the return.
- If accepted, products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- A 26% restocking fee will apply.
- Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:

- All custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Patio Inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged/Defective Products:

- Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.
Process:

- Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return.
Refund:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
