Shipping Information

Shipping Fees: 

    • All orders ship free!

Processing Time:

    • Residential Pet Doors:
      • Hand made to order – Ship between 1-3 business days.
    • Commercial/Kennel Doors
      • Hand made to order – Ship between 5-10 business days.
    • Patio Inserts:
      • Hand made to order – Ship between 5-10 business days.

Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your order at anytime within 24 hours at zero cost.
    • Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing.
      • A 16% restocking fee will apply if the cancellation is accepted.

Shipment:

    • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground
    • Transit times vary as all shipment originate from Wisconsin.

Tracking Information:

    • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know about our return policy:

Eligibility:

    • Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return.
      • Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
      • A 16% restocking fee will apply.
    • Items between 30 and 60 days of shipment are at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws.
      • Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws reserve the right to refuse the return.
      • If accepted, products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
      • A 26% restocking fee will apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • All custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Patio Inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products:

    • Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

Process:

    1. Contact us at hello@omniapaws.com to initiate a return.
    2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
    3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return. 

Refund:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

    • Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for exchange.
      • Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
