OmniaPaws, LLC., recommends that households with small children need to exercise proper judgment with leaving their children unattended in any area with a pet door. Pet Doors come with locking panels and locking devices, using these devices minimizes any risk, but does not replace proper parental supervision.

Installation:
We recommend that any consumer that installs their own pet door wear eye protection and be familiar with the construction procedures and tools of installing a pet door.

Magnets:
Virtually all doors use magnets for the activation of the pet door as well as in the sealing of the flaps. Customers with certain medical devices, for example; Pace Maker patients, should consult their physician.

The Security Boss Manufacturing LLC® 6-Year Warranty guarantees to the original consumer / purchaser of our Security Boss Pet Door Models listed above, a limited no fault warranty that covers all parts and components to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six years from the date of purchase, under the ownership of the original purchaser. We agree to replace or repair at our expense if found to be defective in workmanship or material per the schedule below, subject to inspection by Security Boss Manufacturing LLC® personnel. See Notes below. This warranty is not transferable.
  • 1st year - 100% all parts
  • 2nd year - 50% all parts
  • 3rd year - 40% all parts
  • 4th year - 30% all parts
  • 5th year - 20 % all parts
  • 6th year - 10% all parts 
Note 1: Flaps that are damaged by USE or NEGLECT will be covered under a 1-warranty (Misuse or Neglect Flap Warranty). We will pay 20% of the current retail price for replacement. Digital image proof may be requested.
 
Note 2: Sliding Glass Door Inserts and Window Inserts are warranted under schedule above with the exception of pet doors from other manufacturers that are used in SB products.
Flaps are component pieces of the MaxSeal and Pet Screen Door and designed to be maintained and replaceable when needed through normal use and service.
All defective products or part may be sent, freight prepaid, to Security Boss Manufacturing LLC® for replacement or repair under this warranty. Proof of purchase date must accompany any returned item. Manufacturer's liability on any claim shall not exceed the cost of the product or component piece replacement cost. Security Boss Manufacturing LLC® does not cover or pay for the loss of time, labor, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
 
Notes: Rain guards are an accessory not manufactured by Security Boss Manufacturing LLC®. These are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty replaces any and all previous warranties, either written, oral, or implied, and is the only warranty made by this company.

      • Hand made to order – Ship between 1-3 business days.
    • Commercial/Kennel Doors

    • Patio Inserts:
      • Hand made to order – Ship between 5-10 business days.

Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your order at anytime within 24 hours at zero cost.
    • Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing.
      • A 16% restocking fee will apply if the cancellation is accepted.

Shipment:

    • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground
    • Transit times vary as all shipment originate from Wisconsin.

Tracking Information:

    • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Transit times vary as all shipments originate from Wisconsin.

Generally, lead times are as follows:

  • Wall Mounted Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
  • Door Mounted Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
  • In-Glass Models - Ship in 1-3 business days.
  • Screen Door Models - Ship in 1-3 business days
  • Kennel Doors - Ship in 5-10 business days (varies by order quantity).
