Due to the large portfolio of brands that we carry, we are not able to offer an umbrella return policy. For brand specific policies, please refer to the dropdowns below.

If the brand is not mentioned in the drop-down list, it is covered by the returns and exchanges policy located below the brand specific policies.

Brand Specific Policies

Security Boss Manufacturing

Eligibility:

Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return:

  • Products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • A 16% restocking fee will apply.

Items between 30 and 60 days of shipment are at the discretion of Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws.

  • Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • If accepted, products must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • A 26% restocking fee will apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

All custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Patio Inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products:

Security Boss Manufacturing and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

Process:

  1. Contact us atĀ hello@omniapaws.comĀ to initiate a return.
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, youā€™ll receive instructions for mailing your return.Ā

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Bowsers Pet Products

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns for ā€œbuyers-remorseā€ or incorrectly sized items are not eligible for return.Ā 

Please use all the available resources on our website prior to making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

All items are final sale unless:

  1. the product was delivered damaged or defective.
  2. the incorrect product was received.
