Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping expense will be covered byΒ OmniaPaws if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item is received. The customer will pay shipping expense for all other returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.Β  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to cs@omniapaws.comΒ and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted up to 30-days after your order is delivered. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all items returned and the customer will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.Β  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refunds and Returns
Returns for "buyer's remorse" or incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer (you) is also responsible for return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@omniapaws.com.
