- Transit times vary as all shipment originate from Pennsylvania.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

- Items within 30 days of shipment are eligible for return.
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged/Defective Products:

- Dakota 283 and OmniaPaws will cover 100% of returns or exchanges due to manufacturer defects.

- Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing your return.
Refund:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
