TK Products Kennel Warranty

For five (5) years from the date of original purchase, TK Products LLC, warrants to the purchaser of this kennel that, should it prove structurally defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, TK Products LLC, will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part of the kennel, customer is responsible for all shipping. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original period.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER defects in the kennel caused by any animal, any physical abuse to or misuse of the kennel, any damage caused by the original purchaser or any third party, or any defects arising or discovered more than five (5) years from the original retail purchase date.

STEPS TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

The purchaser must call OmniaPaws at 248-242-5548, to report the alleged defect to a customer service representative.

The customer service representative will determine if the defect is covered by this warranty, and if it is, will authorize and instruct the purchaser in how to obtain corrective action.
TK Products LLC may require the purchaser to present the sales receipt or other proof of purchase prior to authorizing any return or replacement. No returns or replacements will be permitted without proper authorization. If a return or replacement is authorized, you may be requested to return the item to TK Products LLC or to make the item available for pick-up by TK Products LLC.

The Pro-Series Difference

After years of experimenting with different brands and custom-made kennels, TK Products discovered that the current powder coat and galvanized finishes just don't hold up in today's dog kennel environments. After conducting extensive research and testing, they have determined that hot dip galvanizing the entire panel after welding and assembly provides the highest level of protection against corrosion and rust. This finishing process not only covers and seals the outside, but also the inside of every surface. The key is to apply a 5-millimeter thick or thicker galvanized coating, which has been proven to extend lifespan to more than 100 years by the American Galvanizing Association (www.galvanizeit.org). This same process and thickness are used on other structures such as bridges, street signposts, and guardrails.

While some kennels may claim as being galvanized after welding, a closer look will expose that the welded joints are simply hand-painted with galvanized paint. However, this only provides a superficial layer of protection and leaves the inside vulnerable to condensation and moisture. The stock tubing may have a thin coating, but it can easily wear off with regular use. In comparison, the powder coating on the Pro-Series Multi-Run Backless Kennels offers superior durability and protection, surpassing even the low-quality galvanized options.

SUPERIOR DESIGN

The 1 ¼” square tubing frame of each Pro-Series kennel panel features welded mitered corners for exceptional durability and a polished look. The innovative top mitered corner design prevents dirt and debris from entering and corroding the frame from the inside out. Unlike other leading brand kennels, our frames are fully sealed on top for added protection.

TK Product's square tube frames offer superior security for connecting panels together. Utilizing stainless steel bolts that wrap around the frames, TK Kennels are designed to provide increased durability compared to round tube framed kennels, which often rely on a less secure round clamp system that can become loose and rotate. Our bolt assembly consists of all stainless-steel bolts and vibration-proof ny-lock nuts, a design we have chosen based on our own firsthand experience with brackets that have loosened and failed.

The Pro-Series Multi-Run Backless Kennels feature a square tubing frame designed to securely hold a 6 gauge 2×4 welded wire mesh. This mesh is inserted into pre-drilled holes around the inner perimeter of the frame and welded at every wire, ensuring a strong and injury-free seal. Unlike other kennels with exposed sharp edges and noisy chain link fencing, TK Product's unique design guarantees a quiet and safe environment for your pet. Unlike other brands that only weld the mesh to the frame every few inches, our product offers full coverage to prevent any bent wire mesh ends that could potentially harm your pet.

The kennels are elevated by a 2" leg which allows for simple cleaning and features a plastic insert to enhance wear and prevent corrosion.

The stainless-steel foot is an available upgrade that replaces the plastic leg insert, providing adjustable side panels for easy cleaning. It also allows for bolting the kennels to concrete and is ideal for setting up on soft surfaces.

The TK Pro-Series kennel system boasts unique features such as reversible door panels with a 2-foot door that can swing in or out. Additionally, the door hinges are designed for easy removal when opened at least 90 degrees, making cleaning a breeze. Considered a versatile option by many, this kennel is a top choice for pet owners and industry experts alike.

The door latch on these kennels is made of durable stainless steel and features a built-in spring that securely closes the latch and keeps your pet from opening the door. With handles on both sides for easy operation and the ability to lock the latch for added safety, these kennels are designed for convenient one-handed door opening during feeding and can be opened inwards or outwards for added timesaving and convenience.
