Security Boss® Manufacturing LLC guarantees to the original consumer / purchaser of our Kennel Doors:

• Kennel Clad™ Insulated Kennel Clad™
• Standard Kennel Clad™ Economy
• Kennel Clad™ Swing Kennel Door
• Premium Insulated Guillotine
• Insulated Guillotine
• Standard Guillotine
• 4-Sided Exterior
• 3-Sided Exterior

a limited 1-year warranty for their component parts to be free of defects on materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase.

For a period of One year from the date of purchase, any defective product or part may be sent, freight prepaid, to Security Boss® Manufacturing LLC., C/O *OmniaPaws for replacement or repair. Proof of purchase date must accompany any returned item. Manufacturer's liability on any claim shall not exceed the cost of the product. Security Boss® Manufacturing does not cover or pay for the loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Damage caused by accident, improper installation or abuse, including damage caused by pets, is specifically excluded from this warranty. Guillotine Kennel Doors should be lowered by used the cable when closing. Damage from letting the doors slam close under gravity is not covered.

This warranty replaces any and all previous warranties, either written, oral, or implied, and is the only warranty made by this company.

Special Notes Regarding Warranty:

Guillotine Kennel Doors:

Improper use of the Security Boss® Guillotine Kennel Doors is not covered under this warranty. These products are designed to be used with the included cable system hardware to control each doors movement during opening and closing. Allowing the door to free fall to the closed position constitutes Improper Use. Components on the Security Boss® Guillotine Kennel Doors are replaceable to allow the customer to maintain the products.

Destructive behavior by kennel occupants is not covered under warranty.

3 & 4-Sided Exterior Kennel Doors:

Improper use of the Security Boss® 3 4-Sided Exterior Kennel Doors is not covered under this warranty. Components on these Kennel Doors are replaceable so that they can be maintained. Flaps are covered under this warranty for 1-year.

Destructive behavior by kennel occupants is not covered under warranty.

Kennel Clad Swing Kennel Doors:

Improper use of the Kennel Clad™ Swing Kennel Doors is not covered under this warranty. Pile weather stripping on these doors is replaceable so that the doors can be maintained if needed.

Destructive behavior by kennel occupants is not covered under warranty.
