Returns/Exchanges
At OmniaPaws, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product we sell. Below is our return and exchange policy for the brands we carry, including Bowsers Pet Products, Gorilla Dog Beds, and TK Products.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
- All cancellations/returns/exchanges are after 24 hours of when order was placed are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

- Exception: if the product received is damaged or the incorrect product was received, OmniaPaws will send replacement products and cover the cost of shipping
Non-returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Clearance or discontinued items

How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us
Email or call our customer support team with your order number and details about your return or exchange request.
- Approval & Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the address for sending the item back.
- Processing the Return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the item.
