Warranty

Zinger Winger remote launchers are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. To the original purchaser the company warranties that the product will be free from material and workmanship defects for the life of the product.

What is covered under the warranty?

Parts and workmanship that fail to hold up and perform under regular use are covered. We will replace or repair any covered part of the zinger winger that fails or proves defective.
Shipping charges for any warrantied work or parts during the first year of coverage will be paid for by us.
Paint finishes are warrantied for the first year of the warranty.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidents or cosmetic damage.
Rubber tubing, servos, wire harnesses and other consumables are not covered outside the first year of the warranty.
Rubber tubing is covered for 90 days from time of purchase. The chemical properties of latex rubber that provides its needed stretch also causes it to degrade quickly after first use. Air temperature, humidity, dirt, grease, dust and exposure to sunlight all have negative effects of the tubing. Expect to replace the rubber tubing every 1 to 2 years.
Shipping charges for any warrantied parts or work after the first year of coverage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Paint finishes outside of the first year of warranty are not covered
